About

Jack and Priscilla have been married over 38 years and selling real estate for over 20 years combined. Starting their Real Estate careers in Burlington, Vermont, (before computers or the internet), Jack and Priscilla moved to the Isle of Palms in 1991. They raised 2 boys, Morgan and Skylar Hurley in the public schools of East Cooper. Fully immersed in the surf lifestyle, Jack and Priscilla fondly remember the hordes of young surfers raiding their refrigerator and using the outdoor shower!

Jack is also the famous Jack of “Jack’s Cosmic Dogs” in Mt. Pleasant. Opened 18 years ago, it continues to win best hot dog every year. Also seen on various TC shows, Jack is truly Cosmic!

Priscilla recently retired from a long career in training and development, working with companies all over the world. Happy to be home full time, working with Jack in real estate, serving on the Vestry of their church, and spending more time with their granddaughter.

Our Mission Statement:

Our clients are always impressed by our love of design and our sense of creativity. We enjoy helping our clients, whether they are buying or selling, to see potential in their home. Working as a team allows us to provide twice the service and attention to detail. Our willingness to work with our clients long before they are ready to pull the trigger helps acclimate them to the buying and selling process.

Providing advice throughout the buying and selling process makes us a valuable resource for our clients. Our clients and colleagues know us as fair, knowledgeable and professional.  We go above and beyond to help our clients; from painting a teenager’s bedroom as a welcome gift, to taking buyers to Savannah for a night away, we treat our clients right!

Our deep love of the Charleston area inspires us to welcome folks who are considering a move. Educating people to the area and to our market is one of our favorite ways to get to know our clients. Let us take you for a Charleston tour, including a Cosmic hot dog!
